 Many
different organizations–schools, churches, and others–who deal with
teenagers and young men and women recognize that the very need for
pregnancy counseling very often arises from irresponsible sexual
relations. Recognizing that the only truly effective means of
preventing pregnancy outside of marriage is abstinence, the Center
promotes abstinence through its Abstinence Sweet (Students with
education, empowerment, & truth), a fun, informative, interactive
abstinence program that presents the Biblical truth concerning God’s
plan for us as sexual beings. Also, clients whose pregnancy tests are
negative are offered a brief but intensive course in abstinence,
focusing on secondary virginity. |
