You know them! Now will you help them?Women
and men facing unplanned pregnancies are not strangers. They are our
neighbors, classmates, friends, relatives and even those sitting in the
pews next to us. They are rich and they are poor. They are married and
they are single. They are teens and they are adults. They are of
different races, different cultures, different religions, or claim no
religion.
All too often women and men are forced to deal with the
uncertainty and trauma of an unexpected pregnancy alone. During that
time they may need someone to turn to for help.
Will you be that
someone? If you have a heart for ministry and want to help reach people
in your community with a life-affirming message of hope and support,
you are encouraged to contact your local pregnancy resource center to
find out how you can offer your services.
There are many ways to
serve at a PRC. Whether you have time to help once a month, once a week
or several days each week, they need you! These opportunities are not
just for women - for every unexpected pregnancy there is a male
involved! Help him become the man God intends for him to be.
Volunteer TrainingsWe
offer thorough training to those interested in serving as a volunteer
at our clinic. You must be at least 21 years old and have a
personal relationship with Jesus Christ as your Savior. We would
love to send you an application to find the perfect fit for you at the
Clinic. We will train you to share your faith in word and in deed
with our clients.
